The borrower was a highly experienced developer with a strong track record with complex subdivisions.

This residential development consisted of the purchase of land and construction funding for 3 two-storey townhouses completed within 18 months. The borrower was a successful builder with a strong track record delivering these types of projects.

Finance was provided for the purchase of a commercial office located on a prominent corner site in the Adelaide CBD with development potential.

This residential development comprised of the purchase of a 6100m2 property that was subdivided into 16 allotments. Funding was also provided for civil works and the construction of 4 courtyard homes.

Finance was negotiated for the construction of a luxurious multi-storey residential apartment complex set over 15 levels. The developer was well known to CFA Finance and had a high level of experience with this type of complex construction.
